MN Gophers vs Louisville a Signature Win|Score,Recap

The Minnesota Gophers defeated Louisville by a score of 70-64 to give them the signature win they were looking for. The Gophers were able to get by Louisville on a neutral court at the Stadium Shootout at the University of Phoenix Stadium. Louisville came into the game as the number 9 team in the country. Nationaly the game received big headlines as it matched former Kentucky coaches Tubby Smith vs Rick Pitino. Sophmore guard Al Nolan led the Gophers with 18 points on only 2-6 shooting but went 13-17 from the charity stripe. Freshman Colton Iverson who has played strong on offense all year had only 4 points, however added tough defense to further aid the surging Gophers.
